Local Development and Competitiveness
Investigating on the local development and the competitiveness of enterprises and territories is a traditional field of interest for ISTAO.
From its establishment, ISTAO has covered the role of privileged representative of institutions, enterprises and their organization for the analysis of the drivers, limits and trajectories of development towards original interpretation, models and indications for politics and strategies. The investigations conducted are applied on the territory and on specific productive realities and are usually driven from ideas developed from educational programmes of the Institute and, therefore, are accomplished in synergy with the teaching activities.
