The concept of quality is essential in our programmes and in all the activities that we conduct. The mission is that of training and transferring a culture of quality, guaranteeing the diffusion of a culture of excellence. The process of quality has the final aim of promoting the continuous improvement of educational services, guarantee the control of all activities, the continuous contact with the receivers of the service and actions to implement and respect the principle of the Charter of Quality. All staff members of ISTAO are required to respect the principle of the Charter of Quality and to collaborate towards the development of the structures to check and improve continuously the services offered.

In respect to what above presented, the final aim of the activities of the Charter of Quality, p. 3 – Mission):

“Contribute to the diffusion of entrepreneurial culture” through educational programmes of:
  • University graduates willing to cover roles of responsibility in the public and private productive sector
  • People already working (employees, managers, entrepreneurs) that want to improve their knowledge and competences with advanced training programmes.
