Our Master courses are the key force of which we are truly proud of. For 50 years our courses have been organized according to a pragmatic, interdisciplinary and intercultural approach that leads towards technical and managerial advanced competences.

TARGET

Our courses are addressed to university graduates of different fields with a good English level and ready to challenge themselves. Among the aspects that characterize the educational path of ISTAO, there is a high propensity for entrepreneurship as responsibility towards own and others’ work, great initiative, continuous research for innovation with an eye on the future. Students of ISTAO learn how to become managers “entrepreneurs” able to deal with changes in a positive way. The objectives of our courses are to train future managers ready for action, able to deal and manage complex situations with a global vision of the economic system. Those taking part in the Master ISTAO will be eligible to cover roles of responsibility in companies and institutions and manage networks for business development.

Participants are selected on the basis of a set of assessments to measure their competences and their individual motivation. The evaluation includes tests of general culture, economics, English, group assessments and individual interviews.

THE METHODOLOGY

The working methodology is characterized by a high programmatic approach, learning becomes possible through dynamics of “community sharing knowledge” as sharing knowledge and methodologies from entrepreneurs, professors and professional of the managerial field. The continuous research of new methodologies to involve students in practical and multidisciplinary activities is the key aspect in our programmes to shape tomorrow’s young professionals.
