The concept of quality takes on a fundamental meaning in the education and training offered at the Institute and in the activities implemented: the education and training also has the task of transmitting the culture of quality and ensuring the dissemination of a culture of excellence.
The quality process aims to promote the continuous improvement of the training offered, by ensuring control of the activities carried out, continuous contact with the recipients of the service, and intervention to ensure that the principles enshrined in the Quality Charter are implemented and complied with.
All of the above is in view of the ultimate objective of the Institute’s activities (Quality Charter – page 3 – Mission), which is the following:
“To contribute to the dissemination of business culture” through the training and education of:
- young graduates destined for positions of responsibility in the public and private manufacturing sector.
- persons already in employment (employees, corporate executives, managers and entrepreneurs) who wish to improve their knowledge and skills by participating in post-graduate training courses.
